The Sheelers
sell their meat to customers however they want it cut. They also sell to
many local restaurants and send meat to many other states as well.. Native
Americans had a use for all parts of the bison, but the Sheelers concentrate
mainly on the meat. Bison contains less fat and cholesterol than
beef. It is also higher in protein and iron. Bison Meat has often
been called the "Original All American Beef".
